when going thru a break up...

I have always found that when you break up with someon you truly care bout the best thing to do is make them regret it. How? I would start working
out, get in really great shape and devote all my time and attention to that task. Once I got sexier than when they left, I'd flaunt it in places that
I knew his friends hung out. They would inevitably tell him that they seen me and I was looking so sexy. It made me feel better about being me, gave
me something to concentrate on and kind of was a slap in his face. When all else fails, get out, meet new people, hang out with old friends and family
and start a new hobby. Anything to keep your mind occupied.
