Smoothies...
Hello everyone,
got this via another site...
They have this restaurant not too far from my job called Tropical Cafe. They have the best smoothies ever. I get the
Mango Paradise one.
Do any of you all like smoothies?

Are the cheap in America? Boy those things cost a packet.
There is a vanilla one marks and spencer sells, the problem is it weakens you stomach.

I love smoothies - I usually get mine from Panara or Sheetz. I try not to get too many because once you add the magic topping it packs on mad
calories. Plus they are pricey.
